The menu has been designed by talented young and established chefs who have embraced the opportunity to celebrate the use of plant-based ingredients, with an additional focus on supporting local producers.
The event will feature UCOL’s staff and senior students, Sahill Hussein (Creative Catering) and Catherine Edmonds (Singery, plant-based cuisine). There will be a wine match with your main and a mocktail on arrival. During the evening you will also hear from some of the chefs regarding their experiences and observations in responding to this growing food trend.
